Shipping:

You are personally responsible for any import duty/tax that may be applied to an order outside of the UK. This isn't a shipping charge, but a legal requirement decided by the governing law where you live. Any orders abandoned/refused by customers due these charges will be liable for all costs shipping the order back - including the original cost of the shipping.

Returns:

EXTENDED RETURNS Orders placed 1-15 December will be eligible for return for 35 days.
RETURNS
- Items are eligible for refund or exchange within 14 days of the delivery of the order.

The customer is liable for the return shipping costs, unless an item been received in faulty or error*. For exchanges customers will need to re-purchase shipping.

RETURNS; must be in their original condition and in their original packaging, unworn, unwashed and complete with their original labels and tags if any.

If sending items back from outside of the UK, make sure to declare items as returned goods, on your customs forms. Clearly state 'BRITISH RETURNED GOODS'. Any duties on returned goods will remain the responsibility of the customer.

Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.

If the items are not in a re-sellable condition we can refuse the return - regardless of having original tags and being unworn, refunds will not be issued for items that are not in their original condition. This includes factors such as, but not limited to; the appearance, smell etc.
